DMARC is domain security for the email leaving in your name, which sets it apart from the filtering that protects your inbox. Five providers serving UAE startups and SMBs are compared: AEserver, EasyDMARC, PowerDMARC, Red Sift OnDMARC, and Sendmarc, each with core services, best fit, and reasons to choose it, alongside a comparison table. The close covers choosing between self-serve and managed options, and how Lumora Security handles domain protection within LumoraX.
UAE startups and SMBs usually compare five DMARC providers: AEserver (DMARC Force), EasyDMARC, PowerDMARC, Red Sift OnDMARC, and Sendmarc. These options differ. One is a UAE domain registrar offering DMARC with your domain. Another is a self-serve platform you can buy online. The other three are platforms that UAE buyers often access through Dubai-based partners. This guide looks at how each is delivered in the UAE, the setup help you get, and which businesses each one fits.
Imagine a client gets an invoice from your finance address, complete with your logo and usual wording, asking them to pay into a new account. Everything looks normal because the sender seems to be from your domain. The harm happens to your customer, not you, so many smaller businesses never notice until it’s too late.
With DMARC, you can publish a policy that tells receivers to monitor, quarantine, or reject mail that claims to come from your domain but fails SPF or DKIM alignment. DMARC also sends you reports showing who is sending mail as your domain.
Mailbox providers now expect DMARC. Google and Yahoo require it for bulk senders. Microsoft started enforcing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on May 5, 2025, for anyone sending more than 5,000 messages a day to Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Live addresses. These rules allow a monitoring-only policy, so following them doesn’t mean you’re fully protected from spoofing.
DMARC has its limits. It won’t guarantee your emails reach the inbox or filter out incoming phishing. It also doesn’t block phishing from lookalike domains or stop attackers who have taken over a real mailbox. Use DMARC along with email security, identity controls, and lookalike-domain monitoring.
We compared each option using four practical points. The list is in alphabetical order, not ranked, and there’s no scoring system.
We used vendor and partner websites, checked in November 2026. Since partner relationships and plans can change, confirm details with the vendor before buying. We did not include prices because most plans depend on domain count and email volume.
Option type: UAE domain registrar and hosting provider selling its own hosted DMARC service.
UAE delivery: Bought directly from AEserver, a UAE company that states it has been TDRA-accredited since 2008. Pricing is shown in AED.
What you get:
Considerations: Hands-on enforcement is sold as a separate service, so check what your plan covers.
Best for: SMBs that already register .ae domains or host email with AEserver and want one local vendor.
Option type: Cloud DMARC platform built for self-service.
UAE delivery: Buy online directly from EasyDMARC. EasyDMARC also runs MSP and reseller programs, so a UAE IT provider may offer it.
What you get: Managed DMARC, SPF (EasySPF), DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS records, so policy changes do not need manual DNS edits. Dashboards show every source sending as your domain. A free trial needs no credit card.
Considerations: Entry plans limit the number of domains and how much data history you get. Annual plans include a dedicated customer success manager, and custom tiers include a dedicated engineer. With smaller plans, your team handles most of the enforcement work.
Best for: Startups with an IT lead who wants to run DMARC in-house.
Option type: Email authentication platform with white-label MSP and MSSP programs.
UAE delivery: PowerDMARC opened an office in Dubai Silicon Oasis in 2024 and lists Dubai-based Channel Next as a distributor. You can buy direct or through a partner or MSSP.
What you get: DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT managed from one dashboard. Its multi-tenant tooling lets local providers run it for you. Lumora Security, the publisher of this guide, uses PowerDMARC to deliver its managed Domain Protection service.
Considerations: Your experience will depend on how you buy. Compare what a partner offers, like setup, enforcement, and monthly reviews, with what the platform provides directly.
Best for: Businesses that want broad protocol coverage and run in-house or through a local MSSP.
Option type: DMARC application on Red Sift's Pulse platform. Cisco also offers it as part of Cisco Domain Protection.
UAE delivery: RAS Infotech, a security distributor based in Dubai Media City, offers OnDMARC.
What you get: After a one-time DNS change, Dynamic Services manage your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MTA-STS records from inside the app. BIMI support includes integrated VMC provisioning. Red Sift sells lookalike-domain monitoring as a separate product, Brand Trust.
Considerations: UAE buyers usually get this through a distributor, so check who will handle onboarding and daily support. Lookalike monitoring is a separate purchase.
Best for: Teams that want automated record management and may add lookalike-domain monitoring later.
Option type: DMARC platform built around a partner channel of distributors, resellers, and MSPs.
UAE delivery: TMI Systems & Solutions in Dubai offers Sendmarc DMARC services.
What you get: Automated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration and policy enforcement, plus SPF flattening. A domain score rates your exposure to impersonation and spoofing.
Considerations: Higher-tier pricing is based on quotes. Check which plan includes hosted records and hands-on enforcement, and find out which tasks the local partner handles instead of Sendmarc.
Best for: SMBs that want a Dubai partner to lead the rollout on a dedicated DMARC platform.
Choose your route based on who will handle enforcement. All the options above can publish records and send reports. The main difference is who finds your senders, fixes alignment, and decides when to tighten your policy.
No matter which route you choose, move to enforcement step by step:
If you go straight to reject, you might block real invoices, receipts, or marketing emails from a sender you missed.
Questions to ask any provider before you sign up:
Lumora Security wrote this guide, so we kept our own option separate from the five profiles. Lumora is not a DMARC software platform. Domain Protection is a managed service, built on PowerDMARC and run by Lumora’s team in Dubai, for businesses that prefer not to manage DMARC themselves.
What the service covers:
Who it suits:
When you use a managed service, you depend on Lumora's process and reporting instead of running the platform on your own. Compare this with the options above in terms of scope, response times, and how results are presented.
The toughest part of DMARC is seeing it through to the end. Many domains add a record, get the first reports, and then stay at p=none, so fake invoices still get through. Any of the five providers above can help you reach enforcement. The main thing to consider is how much work your team will need to do.
If you prefer to have DMARC set up, enforced, and monitored for you, take a look at how Lumora's Domain Protection service works. You can start with Lumora's Essential Security Review, which is delivered within 72 hours and shows where your domain stands right now.
